Online Consumer Awareness
Partly due to the turbulent economic and employment market conditions over the last 2 years:
1) there have been attacks against Immigration Support and H1B Services Companies, being carried out by anti-immigrant groups.
These attacks commonly come in the form of spreading rumours or negative PR or bad reviews around the internet in one of may possible forms - often by mingling in on review based sites and blog post to make comments that try to discredit a Company or person within the industry
Unfortunately there has always been a few anti-immigrants groups (similar to any Country) - they have just been more active over teh last 2 years
2) there has been an increase in Competitor-Wars. As some companies have suffered they have started to attack their competitors with anonymous posts, in an effort to discredit their competitors and gain market share for themselves.
These methods again can easily be carried out through review sites and blog comments (where reviews can be posted without any form of identity verification) and whereby these sites are unregulated (they let anyone post anything about anyone)
It human nature and wise to be cautious and careful.
